Logan Storley vs. Matt Secor Targeted For Bellator 186 In University Park
Undefeated mega prospect Logan Storley is expected to face Matt Secor at Bellator 186 in University Park.
Undefeated mixed martial artist and wrestling stud Logan Storley is expected to make his return to the cage at Bellator 186 on Nov. 3 at Penn State University's Bryce Jordan Center in University Park, PA.
According to sources close to the situation, "The Ultimate Fighter" veteran Matt Secor (9-4) is being targeted as Storley's opponent at the event.
Storley is a six-time high school state champion wrestler in South Dakota and a four-time All-American at the University of Minnesota. He's been perfect in his professional MMA career, going 6-0 with all six victories coming via knockout/TKO. Only one of his six contests has made it out of the first round.
Storley made his Bellator debut in July, wiping out Kemmyelle Haley at Bellator 181 in under two minutes.
Storleys upcoming opponent, Secor, is also coming off a first-round victory. The Bellator, WSOF, and TUF vet submitted TJ Sumler at Bellator 182. Secor's ground game is his specialty, as he's notched eight of his nine victories via submission.
Bellator 186 is headlined by a light heavyweight title fight between champion Ryan Bader and surging contender Linton Vassell.
Undefeated flyweight standout Ilima-Lei Macfarlane will also compete for gold on the card. She will face Emily Ducote (6-2) for the inaugural Bellator women's flyweight strap.
Penn State alumni and MMA standouts Phil Davis and Ed Ruth are also on the card, making this a can't-miss event for MMA fans.
