3 Reasons To Watch Warrior FC vs. Valor Fights: Border Wars
Warrior FC vs. Valor Fights: Border Wars emanates from The Arena at Southeastern KY Agricultural and Expo Corbin, Kentucky Saturday night live on FloCombat. Here are three reasons to watch.

Promotional Pride on the Line

In the main event, someone will walk away with multiple titles as Warrior FC heavyweight champ Ben Rowland faces against Valor heavyweight champion Dustin Long. Rowland (1-0) only needed 16 seconds to make an impact his professional debut last October as he knocked out Doug Williams at Warrior FC: Warriors Against Cancer. Expect the 41-year-old to get the biggest reception of the night as he lives in nearby Middlesboro, Ky. Long (7-3) snapped a two-fight skid in his last fight by taking out Anthony Trotter by fifth round knockout at Valor Fights 36. The Tennessee native has never gone the distance in his 10-fight career and looks for his first two-fight win streak in Valor Fights.

Prospect Watch

The co-main event puts the spotlight on one of Valor Fights top prospects in Ben Sergent, who puts his undefeated record on the line against Steve Bell. Sergent (6-0) boasts four of his six career wins by submissions and competes for the first time in over 15-months. Bell (3-6) heads into this matchup off three losses in a row and will look to play the role of spoiler in this matchup. Should Sergent come through with another victory, expect a big show call up to following this matchup.

Bell looks to dethrone King

Hometown favorite Brandon Bell looks for his first three-fight win streak of his career when he takes on Jason King. Bell (6-6) is coming off back-to-back submission victories, including a third round finish over Bradley Stafford at Warrior FC 132: Moutain Fury back in January. The 32-year-old has won five of his six fights by stoppage and defends his middleweight title for the first time since 2014. King (4-2-0, 1 NC) looks for his fourth win in his last five fights. The 28-year-old is coming off a first round knockout over David Suter Jr. at Valor Fights 41 in March and has won all of his fights by stoppage.
