#1 – James Nakashima (7-0)

Nakashima captured the LFA welterweight title after taking out No. 4-ranked Derrick Krantz by split decision on Sept. 22. He’s currently sidelined due to injury.

#2 – Kyle Stewart (9-0)

Stewart is coming off a TKO win over Jason Jackson which unfortunately ended abruptly due to an ankle injury to the Combat Club standout on July 25. The 28-year-old has won seven of his nine career fights by stoppage and holds a win over UFC veteran Estevan Payan. Stewart faces No. 3-ranked Jaleel Willis at LFA 33 on Feb. 16.

#3 – Jaleel Willis (8-0)

Willis captured the V3 Fights welterweight last year, defeating Nolan Norwood by unanimous decision at V3 Fights 60. The 25-year-old faces No. 2-ranked Kyle Stewart at LFA 33 on Feb. 16.

#4 – Derrick Krantz (20-10)

Krantz dropped his LFA welterweight title to James Nakashima on Sept. 22; however, he remains in the No. 4 spot due to the fact it was a split-decision setback.

#5 – Nick Barnes (12-2)

Barnes is coming off a TKO loss to newly signed UFC welterweight Curtis Millender at LFA 30. However, his impressive record still keeps him in the top five.
