Tyron Woodley Responds To 'Pressure Pillow Fighting' Colby Covington
UFC welterweight champion Tyron Woodley fires back at shots fired by Colby Covington Saturday night in Brazil.
Colby Covington has been wearing out Tyron Woodley's name for a good minute. Saturday night in Sao Paulo, the surging contender cranked the intensity up a few notches.
Immediately following his unanimous-decision victory over Demian Maia at UFC Fight Night 119, "Chaos" set about making his claim for the next title shot against the reigning welterweight king. Covington claimed if Woodley wouldn't give him the shot outright, he'd come to his residence and take the belt the hard way.
Furthermore, during an interview on the FloCombat road trip project, Covington recounted how he used to win sparring sessions when the two trained together at American Top Team.
Woodley, on the other hand, does not seem to be too impressed by anything Covington brings to the table.
In series of tweets posted to FloCombat, the welterweight powerhouse weighed in on the trash talk with his own critique of the upstart contender's fighting style.

Woodley, however, wasn't done there.
If that doesn't work try this one out. I can go all night with these. Not #PillowFisting or #BlanketFighting https://t.co/qjVlDCMla6 https://t.co/pctdCdqLmQ
