Chris Holdsworth doesn't support TJ Dillashaw's story.

Dillashaw allegedly landed an illegal and unnecessary knee to Holdsworth's head when both were training at Team Alpha Male, effectively ending Holdsworth's fighting career.

At 6-0 and a winner of The Ultimate Fighter, Holdsworth was considered one of the hottest bantamweight prospects on the UFC's roster before taking a hiatus from fighting after his UFC 173 victory over Chico Camus in May of 2014.

Speaking with Ariel Helwani during a recent episode of The MMA Hour, Holdsworth addressed the Dillashaw situation, saying that TJ's take -- in which he denied any wrongdoing-- is bogus.

"Let me clear a few things up. I've been quiet about this for a while. I'm just not the type of person to jump into peoples' feuds or drama," Holdsworth said. "I like to lay low and just do my thing, but there's been some talk, and after I heard TJ lying about the subject, I gotta speak up on it."

Then, Holdsworth got into the details, laying it all on the line.

"Yes, so, leading up to the Ultimate Fighter -- let me just go back a little bit. TJ has always been, he's been a great fighter, he's a great athlete, but he's always had, like, some type of, I don't know, some type of competitive feud with me ever since I came to the team," he said. "I don't know if it was because of envy or jealousy or whatever it was.

"I just kind of always brushed it off as him being competitive and being just ultra-aggressive. I was like, 'Hey, let's go.' I was always up for the fight. But there were multiple occasions where TJ got a little bit too aggressive, he went overboard in training. He's kneeing you while we're boxing, he's throwing elbows while we're doing jiu-jitsu, and, yeah, I remember that instance that's out in the public is definitely true.

"I shot in on TJ, and I was on all fours, he was sprawled out, and he kneed me on top of the head," Holdsworth continued. "That was before The Ultimate Fighter. I remember I was kind of jarred up and everyone was watching. I took like 30 seconds off but I kept going, I kept going through the rounds and I finished practice. But after that practice, I was concussed. And that was my first concussion, and it just kind of kept happening from there."

While that doesn't align with Dillashaw's own story, Holdsworth said the hits don't end there. According to the Team Alpha Male representative, Dillashaw also lost some respect for an alleged outside-the-cage decision.

"There was another instance leading up to the Chico fight when he [Dillashaw] was getting ready for [Renan] Barao and then it comes to clear that here, he's on some special supplements and stuff," Holdsworth said. "And I just lost respect for the guy. There's no hard feelings, [it's] whatever it is, but he's a cheater."
