There are few rising talents on the women's MMA scene with the buzz of Hannah Rokala.

The strawweight and flyweight prospect is still competing in the amateur ranks, but the prowess she's shown inside the cage has sparked talk of much bigger things in her future. On Saturday night at USFFC 29, Rokala provided yet another example of why she's a fighter to watch.

That is if you can handle a bit of graphic nature with your violence.

After a brief period of feeling out her range against Brianna Smith, the undefeated amateur let her hands and feet fly. Rokala connected with her first shot while the other was blocked, but Smith backed away with urgency. As Rokala closed in, Smith covered her mouth with one hand and signaled the referee with the other and the fight was promptly stopped.

Those watching live were instantly confused as to why the bout came to a close, but it soon became apparent Smith decided to quit because her mouth was full of vomit. That's right folks. Smith tapped to the barf.

While Rokala wasn't able to put in a long performance, her win on Saturday night will go down as another impressive--and memorable--finish for the upstart North Carolina native.
