In the night's main event, Austen Lane met Ben Rowland in a battle of top heavyweight prospects. 

Both men entered the bout undefeated as professionals, with all victories coming via KO/TKO. 

That trend continued at Warfare 18. After unleashing a barrage of punches from range and from the clinch, Lane cut Rowland, forcing the referee to intervene and call the fight. 

To his credit, Rowland showed incredible toughness. Every other man who stepped to the former NFL defensive end Lane inside the cage thus far fell face first to the canvas, but Rowland hung tough and fired back with some strong offense of his own. 

Unfortunately, Lane was just too lethal, and the cut ended the contest prematurely. With the victory, Lane moved the 4-0, while Rowland fell to 4-1. 

Also on the card, Tony Rogers defeated Aubrey Rion in a thrilling, Fight of the Night-worthy scrap to win the South Carolina state featherweight title.
