While the UFC is finally taking a break from their loaded schedule, don’t expect Shockwave Dave or Gumby to do the same. Their back at it again this week with plenty of content for you. 

First, Gumby will be sitting down with a pair of atomweights from this week’s Invicta FC 40 card. Alesha Zappitella stops by to talk about the prospect of adding a 105lbs division as well as her wrestling background. Then her opponent, Lindsey Van Zandt gets into some interesting discussion about cornerman work and becoming a matador (figuratively speaking). 

And if that’s not enough to get your engine revving, the guys will be discussing adding a division in the UFC. They definitely don’t agree on this one, so it’s one you’ll want to listen to. All that, plus a look back at the submission numbers for 2020 and 2019.
