It's a glorious time to be alive, friends. CamSoda Legends streams some MMA ruckus featuring Ricco Rodriguez, "Felony" Charles Bennett, Alex Nicholson, Matt Wagy, and more live and free from Fort Lauderdale, FL, on Thursday, April 26. 

If you don't know what CamSoda is—or if you're pretending you don't know because your wife is reading this with you—it's a website for adults. It's the kind of site that may cause you to go blind if you spend too much time perusing the content. Got it? Cool. 

But... why is CamSoda hosting an MMA event? 

I have no idea. But I also don't care. It is, and it's amazing. 

Personally, I'd be excited about this event if it featured backyard brawlers only. It could be hosted in a Denny's parking lot featuring dudes who have never thrown a punch and I'd crack a cold one and settle in for some fun. 

That, however, is not the case. This card is actually pretty damn intriguing. Let's explore. 

Ricco Rodriguez vs. Alex Nicholson 

The former UFC champion and Brazilian jiu-jitsu wizard Rodriguez is coming off a submission victory over UFC/Strikeforce vet Nandor Guelmino in January. He's stayed active through grappling events such as Submission Underground as well, and he's facing a legitimate test at CamSoda Legends in Alex Nicholson. 

Nicholson, a former UFC light heavyweight/middleweight, is 3-1 since leaving the big show, and he's ready to notch a victory over a noted vet like Rodriguez to prove he's worthy of a callback. 

Felony Time 

Then, you have one of the most legendary characters in MMA history, "Felony" Charles Bennett. Do not call him by his old nickname. You know the one. I'm afraid to even type it. It's like the Voldemort of MMA. 

Nicknames aside, Bennett is exactly what you remember. He's wild and wacky, an explosive ball of energy that can fire off in any direction at any time—inside and outside the cage.

Yep. Checks out. That's pure Felony goodness, and you can expect plenty more of that Thursday at CamSoda Legends. Given the time and location, I expect him to rev up his usual antics to the max as he faces Bruce Lutchmedial.  

A Hyped Prospect Looks To Rebound

Before those bouts take place, however, CamSoda Legends rolls out a hyped prospect in Matt Wagy, who recently had a seven-fight winning streak snapped at Bellator MMA Series: Miami via unanimous decision. Wagy, who was on the cusp of bigger and better things, needs to bounce back against the 6-5 Anthony Retic if he wishes to ascend to the next level. 

Wait, what?

We've established the card is live and free on CamSoda. We've established the lineup is legit. Now, it's time to go full Billy Mays and hit ya with the "But wait! There's MORE!" 

While the event is free to watch, users can purchase tokens and donate them mid-fight to incentivize the fighters. Viewers can directly influence the fighters' bonuses and the action inside the cage. It's interactive, friends, because why wouldn't it be?
