Cody Stevens is experiencing a resurgence that could very well take him to bigger stages

The RFO veteran defeated former Pride veteran Charles Bennett back in March, and made a quick turnaround to keep the momentum rolling at RFO Big Guns 24. "The Wolverine" faced promotional newcomer Anthony Morrison in the card's main event in a bout that held crucial stakes for both. Stevens wanted to pick up more momentum to make his case for the big leagues stronger, while Morrison came into Big Guns 24 looking to rebound from a recent loss in big fashion by defeating a seasoned veteran.

That wasn't in the cards on Saturday night.

Stevens controlled the action throughout to pick up the unanimous decision victory and cap off a strong night of fights at the Summit County Fairgrounds.
