It's another week and another top regional promotion is about to make its debut on the FloCombat's Events hub.

Kentucky's Hardrock MMA will showcase the Bluegrass State's top professional and amateur talent this Saturday, Sept. 17 and the promotion is bringing one of its biggest prospects.

Hardrock MMA 83 in Shepherdsville, Kentucky starts at 6:30 CDT and if you can't make it there in person, here are three reasons to watch the 17-fight card live on FloCombat.

Accepting the Call

Donny Wallace was already planning to attend Hardrock MMA 83. As the head coach and owner of High Intensity Combat Sports in Bowling Green, he was going to corner three of his fighters who were on the card.

However, when Robert Turnquest pulled out of the headliner to sign with Titan FC, Hardrock MMA called upon Wallace to take the fight on eight days notice.

Wallace (5-4) is now slated to fight top Kentucky welterweight prospect Quinton Parks Jr. (5-0) in the main event at 175 pound catchweight and he still plans on cornering his guys on the same night!

Because of Wallace's coaching duties, the main event and only professional fight of the event is slated as the seventh fight on the card.

The undefeated Parks has never gone to a decision as a pro. The 26-year-old's last victory was a second round TKO at Warrior FC in April.

On top of only having a week to prepare for the fight and adding to his underdog status, Wallace hasn't fought since 2012. The 32-year-old's last victory was by submission in June of 2012 at XFC 18.

3 Championship Belts

Just because Hardrock MMA 83's main event now takes place in the middle of the card, it doesn't mean the rest of the fights lack importance.

The event concludes with three amateur title fights. In regional MMA, those championships not only often who's ready to make the jump to the pros, but which fighter the promotion thinks has the most potential.

The first title on the line is for the 205 pound belt and it pits reigning champ Derek Smith (7-4) against Matt Hogan (6-5). Both fighters are moving up in weight from middleweight.

At 135 pounds, Trea Willis (3-2) takes on defending champ Dylan Osterman (5-3), who just won the belt in June. Osterman is also expected to be cornered by Wallace as he trains at HICS.

The final bout of the event is for the lightweight championship, and it pits Kegan Agnew (6-2) vs. Kevan Avery (5-2).

These amateur fighters are all in a great position to leave the fans with something memorable. Who will leave the arena with the best performance? Tune into Hardrock MMA 83 on FloCombat to watch.

Brothers in Arms

Before Kegan Agnew enters the cage for his title bout, he'll be paying extra close attention to one of the prelim fights. That's because his brother, Gavin Agnew, is also fighting on the card.

The Agnew brothers have only been fighting for a little over a year, but the pair is already on the cusp of turning pro.

Gavin Agnew (7-2), who is the older brother by four years, is taking his third fight in a row at lightweight. He started his career at 205 pounds in 2015, but has quickly dropped down to a more natural weight class. He is taking on promotional newcomer and Indiana-native Tre Harbin (4-3).

At 20 years old, Kegan Agnew is already the reigning Hardrock MMA amateur lightweight champion and at this rate could be making his professional debut before he's legally able to buy a beer.
