Xtreme Fight League brings the Event Center at River Spirit Casino in Tulsa, Okla., to a grand close Friday, July 15, with Xtreme Fight Night 30.

The mixed kickboxing and MMA event will stream LIVE on FloCombat at 8:00 p.m. CDT, serving as the last event to be held inside the Event Center at River Spirit before it closes to make way for a 3,000-set venue called "The Cove."

Here's why you'll want to be a part of history Friday evening.

1. Super-heavyweight kickboxing

Yes, super-heavyweight kickboxing exists, and it's amazing. Big men = big knockouts, and that notion is only amplified when they're trained specifically in the art of throwing strikes.

Titleholder Haze Wilson faces Kenny Fredenberg in the night's headlining bout, and these two pack fire from each fist and shin. Just look at Fredenberg's record: At 12-4, he's never gone to the judges' scorecards. Don't count on the judges being involved in this one, either.

2. A golden rematch

In the MMA main event, Broken Arrow's Mark Barrett rematches Alberto Mendoza in a five-round fight to fill the vacant Xtreme Fight League featherweight title. This isn't just any rematch, though.

The two previously fought in a five-round war last year that ended in a draw. This time, somebody will emerge superior. Somebody is taking home that belt.

3. Boxing vs. MMA

Can former XFL welterweight champion Dylan Smith withstand the hands of pro-boxer-turned-mixed-martial-artist Zack Kelly? We find out Friday, when the two thrown down in a featured five-round bout.

There's always intrigue when disciplines overlap, and Xtreme Fight Night 30 will help determine whose background and skill set reigns supreme. Will it be the lightning-quick and powerful hands of the boxer, or will it be Smith's overall skill set and savvy, multi-dimensional attack?
