The main event featured two undefeated fighters as Trevor Wilds and Mitchell Flemming locked up for the promotion’s welterweight title. Wilds--the No. 2 ranked middleweight in Tennessee according to Tapology--made his debut showing at 170-pounds while Flemming came in looking to slow his opponent’s momentum.
While it was a back-and-forth affair throughout the three round tilt, it was Wilds who would tip the balance in the final round and a half to get his hands on APEX championship gold.
