The former UFC champion and WWE superstar is slated to face Mark Hunt in his first true fight since losing to Alistair Overeem in 2011. Lesnar appeared on SportsCenter Monday morning to reveal the bout.
Hunt has been on a tear as of late, earning back-to-back victories against tough competition. Hunt’s most recent win came by knockout over Frank Mir at Fight Night 85 back in March. He is a vicious knockout artist with great takedown defense, which makes this a difficult and curious matchup for Lesnar.
