We are just days away from UFC 204: Michael Bisping vs. Dan Henderson II, the second chapter of an infamous rivalry.

The storyline is simple: Bisping will walk into the Octagon in his hometown looking to defend his UFC middleweight title and avenge the most harrowing loss of his career to his great rival Dan Henderson. On the other side of the equation, Henderson looks to finish career on the highest note possible by winning the title and exiting Manchester, England, having defeated the hometown hero for the second time.

To add to what is an already intriguing matchup, the show will run on U.S. pay-per-view times, meaning the main event should take place at around five in the morning locally. Speaking to the UFC Unfiltered Podcast this week, Bisping spoke about how he was preparing for the awkward start time.

"The fight is happening at five o'clock in the morning, probably closer to five-thirty when it will actually be happening," Bisping explained. "I was actually like, yeah, you know what, it's fine--I'll just stay on California time. Now, in theory, that's really easy, (but) the problem with staying up until five o'clock in the morning is you get bored as f**k. There's nothing to do.

"We were sat here last night having cups of tea and talking in the room until like four o'clock, and I was like, 'I guess it's suitable to go to bed now.' We are going to have a week of doing that prior to the fight, so other than that, being bored and having breakfast at four-thirty in the afternoon, I'm feeling very good and very positive. My mind is good, my body is strong and I'm ready to get revenge on Dan Henderson."

Having been the victim of one of the most brutal knockouts in UFC history in their first fight at UFC 100 in July of 2009, Bisping is looking to exact revenge on Henderson this Saturday night, though he says he won't get reckless looking for the knockout.

"This is the most exciting sport in the world because people don't go in there and look to outpoint each other. They go in there looking to knock each other out," Bisping said. "That's what I'm going to be looking to do. I'm not going to go in and try and outpoint him. Don't get me wrong, I'll take a victory any way I can, but I'm looking to knock him out.

"I want to get revenge and all that, but that's not what makes or breaks it. I want to remain world champion and beat him in emphatic style, but I've got to be careful. I've just been watching a bit of the countdown show like I said and the one thing we said when we watched it is that 'he's a hard bastard.' When you look at Dan Henderson, he's tough motherf****r and he ain't no p***y. He's spent a lifetime being a martial artist, and he can still handle himself--he's a hard f****r." 

To Bisping, that makes two. 

"But I'm hard f*cker as well," he said. "I've been in many a bar, many a street fight, and on top of that, I'm a world-class striker. So I'm going to go out there and I'm going to try and finish him. But that right hand is still very powerful and it can still knock people out."
